Job Overview
  • We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and organization of day-to-day operations and special events.
  • You will also ensure that all incubation activities comply with applicable internal and external requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison/networking person to external advisors, mentors, and internal incubatees is another key responsibility.
  • In addition, you will help and support incubatees in preparing marketing and commercialization proposals for industrial clients and responding to inquiries/requests.
  • Maintaining records and reports related to assigned tasks, including financial reports that summarize incoming and outgoing funds, is crucial.
  • You will also prepare and maintain records and reports related to assigned programs, including timely development of websites, marketing materials, and news updates on the official web.
  • Conducting research to identify emerging needs, trends, and services related to recruitment and location of incubator clients and affiliate members or other assigned areas of responsibility is another important aspect of the job.
  • Frequent attendance at workshops, seminars, or any informative and value-added sessions for future benefits is required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business: A bachelor's degree in management or business is required.
