We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping user-centered product experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

  • User Experience Design: Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to design user experiences that align with user and business needs.
  • Human-Centered Design Methodologies: Analyze data and create workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to transform abstract challenges into clear, user-focused solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams (front-end, middleware, back-end, QA) to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
  • Design System Contribution: Create and update reusable components and visual assets to expand the system's core libraries.
  • Accessibility Standards: Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and support inclusive experiences for a global audience.

Key Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: BA/BS in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience. 5-7 years of experience working in digital product or UX/UI design teams.
  • Skills and Tools: Strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles—typography, layout, grid systems, color, hierarchy, and composition. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
  • Preferred Personality Traits: Strong work ethic, comfortable working in ambiguity, curious and quick learner, focused on innovation.
