Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates across various industries. This includes utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and source candidates across multiple industries.
  • Candidate Database Management: Build and maintain a structured and organized database of candidates, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date profiles.
  • Screening Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Clients Relationship Building: Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and ensure the best candidate fit for each role.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and facilitating offer processes.
  • Candidate Data Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates organized by sector, job level, and skill sets.
  • Data Updates: Regularly update data to support recruitment initiatives.

Business Development:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients across diverse sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and other networking channels to expand business opportunities.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via calls, presenting HR solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Client Reports: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on proposed clients, tracking outreach and follow-up efforts.
  • Client Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or awaiting result.
  • Experience: 6 Months to 1 years of experience in recruitment and business development.
  • Skill Set: Familiarity with using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail in managing candidate and client databases.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets within a fast-paced environment.
