Lead Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end development across modern web applications.

  • About the Role:
  • Avoiding Technical Debt in Modern Web Applications
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and delivering high-performance applications that solve real business challenges.
    • Key Responsibilities include leading the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship quality features, guiding and mentoring junior/mid-level developers on coding best practices and technical design, owning technical decisions and ensuring best practices are followed across projects, optimizing performance and scalability on both frontend and backend layers, managing deployments, monitoring application health, and implementing DevOps practices using AWS.
    • Key Technologies used include React.js, Next.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Prisma ORM, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.), Docker, GitHub Actions, REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Redis.
    • Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, strong experience with React and/or Svelte, along with Tailwind CSS, proficiency in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern backend practices, experience with cloud platforms like AWS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, understanding of modern frontend architectures (e.g., SSR, SPA, static generation), excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to lead projects and take responsibility for delivery and quality.
