Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Franchises Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying customer needs and providing solutions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
About the Role: As a Franchises Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees through various channels, utilizing existing networks and cold outreach to generate leads, researching market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion, cultivating strong relationships with potential franchise partners, conducting initial meetings and presentations to introduce our brand and franchise opportunities, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, presenting franchise agreements and pricing structures, negotiating terms and conditions of franchise agreements, closing sales and securing signed franchise agreements, working closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials, collaborating with operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners, providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and generating regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential franchisees through online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Utilizing existing networks and cold outreach to generate leads and expand our pool of potential franchise partners.
- Researching market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Cultivating strong relationships with potential franchise partners and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Conducting initial meetings and presentations to introduce our brand, values, and franchise opportunities.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and providing accurate information and guidance to prospective franchisees.
- Ppresenting franchise agreements and pricing structures to potential partners and highlighting the benefits and value of joining our network.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams.
- Closing sales and securing signed franchise agreements, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, sales techniques and strategy, product knowledge, problem-solving, time management, market research, relationship building, adaptability, presentation skills, team collaboration, analytical skills, negotiation and closing skills, and technology proficiency. In addition, you must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
