About This Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects from inception to completion.

  1. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and technical teams.
  2. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. A key responsibility of this role will be to work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
  • Motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as CMMI or ISO 20000.
  • Fluency in English language.
