Trainee Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant. This role offers a comprehensive training program, hands-on experience, and mentorship in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

  • The selected candidate will participate in a structured training program focused on Dynamics 365 F&O consulting, including its modules, features, best practices, and consulting services.
  • During the training, they will shadow senior consultants during client meetings, gathering requirements, and understanding client needs.
  • The trainee will assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O based on client requirements, including data migration and system integration tasks.
  • Collaboration with the project team is essential for conducting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets client expectations.
  • The trainee will also assist in documenting system configurations, user guides, and project documentation.
  • Assistance in identifying and resolving issues and challenges that arise during implementation is crucial for a successful project.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably CA & ACCA), BS Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
