Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Trainee Functional Consultant

Job Summary
As a Trainee Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey to become a proficient consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, one of the leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology. You will work closely with our experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience, training, and mentorship, while contributing to the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training and Learning: Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on Dynamics 365 F&O consulting, including its modules, features, best practices & consulting services.
  2. Client Interaction: Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, gathering requirements, and understanding client needs.
  3. Configuration and Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O based on client requirements, including data migration and system integration tasks.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the project team to conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets client expectations.
  5. Documentation: Assist in documenting system configurations, user guides, and project documentation.
  6. Problem Solving: Work with the project team to identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise during implementation.
  7. Client Support: Provide client support during the post-implementation phase, helping with user training and addressing minor issues.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies to contribute effectively to projects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably CA & ACCA), BS Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  6. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and business processes is a plus.

Training and Development
This role offers a structured training and development plan, including mentorship by experienced consultants, access to online resources, and opportunities to gain relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O.

Career Path
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant role within the company, taking on more projects and responsibilities.
