Content Manager - Strategic Growth

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated Content Director to spearhead our content strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned content professional with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

The Content Director will be responsible for leading our content team, developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can inspire and motivate a team of writers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing director to develop a content strategy that drives engagement and growth.
  • Content Team Management: Motivate and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Content Development: Work with the team to develop new content ideas, formats, and channels that engage audiences and drive business results.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics to track content performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience producing and editing content, with 2+ years of managing a team of content creators.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Analytics; proficient in using CMS like WordPress.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of original content that has achieved measurable results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing a team.
