We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Description
  • The Sales Floor Team Member will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and presentable.

Daily tasks include engaging with customers, managing stock, processing transactions, and supporting weekly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  3. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate value to customers.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support team objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
