
Human Resources Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support HR management and development. This includes creating and maintaining comprehensive employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and utilizing best practices to achieve business objectives.
This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. The Human Resources Professional will work closely with senior leadership to identify training needs, develop strategies for employee retention and succession, and conduct exit interviews.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources principles, policies and procedures, as well as excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. They will also be able to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resources Professional will assist in managing direct reporting staff, creating and maintaining required forms, and preparing HR-related documents and reports.
