This is a full-time on-site role located in Multan for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee orientations, and managing employee relations. The role also includes overseeing performance management systems, handling conflict resolution, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
