Sales and Business Development are multifaceted roles that drive revenue growth, client engagement, and market expansion. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, and developing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through cold calling, outreach via email, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present technical or service-based solutions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
