Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This individual guides and manages various key areas, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Developing strategies to attract and retain top talent by crafting compelling job descriptions, utilizing effective recruitment channels, and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Organizational Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize space allocation and organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Performance Management: Implementing effective performance management systems to drive continuous improvement, foster a growth mindset, and promote employee development and engagement.
  • Organization Development: Identifying and addressing skills gaps to enhance employee capabilities, leveraging training and development opportunities, and promoting a culture of lifelong learning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support and guidance to employees.
  • Employee Orientation and Training: Designing and delivering training programs to support employee development and engagement, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, ensure fairness and equity, and promote a culture of recognition and reward.
