Sales and Growth Strategist

This role involves driving enterprise sales and strategic growth to drive revenue, expand market share, and forge high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate excels in relationship building, client acquisition, and deal-making, with a sharp eye for AI, cloud, and digital transformation opportunities in Pakistan and the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across Pakistan and the Middle East for AI, cloud, and digital transformation services.
  • Build and expand strategic alliances with technology leaders, accelerators, and global system integrators.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure for key accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East region.
  • Manage and grow new and existing client relationships, ensuring upsells, renewals, and high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee RFP responses, collaborating with technical, legal, and finance teams to submit winning bids.
  • Track sales targets, pipeline health, and profitability per engagement.
  • Drive long-term revenue strategies through co-selling partnerships, joint ventures, and potential M&A opportunities.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry events, webinars, and C-level advisory sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes.
  • Work closely with product teams to identify whitespace opportunities and shape new service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in a hybrid sales and business development role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate success in closing deals and establishing impactful technology partnerships or alliances.
  • Deep domain expertise in AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong network of connections within Fortune 500 companies, the broader tech ecosystem, and investor communities.
  • Outstanding skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead both tactical sales execution and strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a flexible (hybrid/remote) setup with a global team.
