Job Description:

As a retail operations leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and optimizing inventory at outlets. Your role will involve assisting with retail target setting and monitoring, as well as hiring, training and motivating sales staff to maximize sales and efficiency.

You will also be responsible for ensuring best shop ambiance, hygiene & safety, visual merchandising and customer service, as well as coordinating with landlords and mall managements.

A key aspect of this role is providing timely stock demand to the merchandising, planning & supply chain team for timely supply of required stocks, and continuously monitoring stock position of individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available all the time and maintained in an organized manner.

You will provide customer feedback to the merchandising & planning team in an organized manner, and strategize on the basis of customer feedback and various insights related to product and customer experience to enhance sales.

This role also involves initiating, supervising and ensuring timely completion of fit-out, construction & renovation work of stores as per required standard, as well as updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
