Experienced Pastry Arts Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Specialist to lead our team of pastry chefs. As an Executive Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for creating innovative pastry designs, training and supervising other pastry specialists, and ensuring that all pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create new pastry recipes that meet our bakery's standards and exceed customer expectations
• Train and supervise other pastry specialists in the preparation of pastries and maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Oversee the production of all pastries to ensure they are of the highest quality and meet food safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new menu items and promotions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pastry arts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, and ingredients
• Ability to create new and innovative pastry recipes while also maintaining classic favorites
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate other pastry specialists
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries for daily orders
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for creating delicious pastries
