Risk Management and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to manage risk and negotiate contracts on our behalf. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with experience in risk management, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify legal and privacy-related risks, providing proactive guidance and solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to safeguard our interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in law practice.
- Advocate of High Court / Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Extensive legal practice experience, focusing on regulatory compliance, data privacy, public administration, and corporate governance.
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership Abilities:
- Leadership abilities to manage and direct legal and cross-functional teams effectively in high-stakes scenarios.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to apply legal principles in a practical and business-focused way.
Education:
- Degree Requirements:
- A law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a HEC recognized university.
- Advanced degrees in law, such as LLM preferably PhD, with specializations that may include constitutional law, privacy law, administrative law, and corporate law.
