Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Manager

">Overview

The Occupational Health and Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive occupational health and safety program that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide training and support to employees on occupational health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in occupational health and safety or a related field
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in conducting audits and developing occupational health and safety policies and procedures
  • Proficient in OSHA regulations and company policies
