We are seeking a skilled Backend Development Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and be able to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of key backend systems and data products.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage production systems to maintain high quality and reliability for our clients.
  • Collaborate with other developers and team members to promote collective growth.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software systems and applications.
  • Mentor junior developers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

This is a unique and challenging role that requires someone who can work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. If you have experience designing, building, and supporting a production system from scratch, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in Linux, Python, SQL databases, and similar technologies.
  • Ability to jump in independently on new projects and write well-organized code each day.
  • Comfortable working remotely and staying in good communication with stakeholders.
