We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing, as well as a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, Develop, and Execute Test Cases: Create comprehensive test plans and execute them to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and establish quality standards.
  3. Implement Testing Frameworks and Tools: Automate processes using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks to improve efficiency.
  4. Perform Regression, Performance, and Load Testing: Analyze results to identify improvements and optimize software applications.
  5. Identify, Document, and Track Defects: Identify defects throughout their lifecycle and document them for future reference.
  6. Participate in Code Reviews: Provide feedback on quality issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
  7. Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide and mentor junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry advancements in QA practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with both manual and automated testing.
  • Automation Tools: Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Scripting Languages: Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • API Testing Tools: Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Performance Testing Tools: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Version Control Systems: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mobile Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks.
  • Cloud Testing Environments: Experience with cloud testing environments (AWS, Azure).
