We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Tandoor Assistant at our Karachi location.

This role involves preheating and maintaining the tandoor at the correct temperature during service hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking tandoori items such as naan, roti, paratha, kebabs, etc.

Cleanliness and organization are key aspects of this position, requiring the ability to maintain the tandoor area, utensils, and work surfaces according to hygiene and safety standards.

In addition, the candidate will support kitchen staff with basic food preparation during non-peak hours and collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Middle level qualification with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
