**Job Description:**

As a key player in the supply chain, you will drive our vision to be the most agile and competitive supply base in the industry.

Your role will be crucial in leading a supply planning team across multiple operations centers. Your goal will be to match supply to demand at the right time and at a competitive cost.

You will ensure consistent execution of all standard planning processes and lead the OC and factory planning teams in achieving the highest level of product availability by active KPI management, timely problem-solving, and ensuring implementation of policies and procedures within the supply base.

Key responsibilities include building, developing, motivating, and leading the OC planning team, driving initiatives and cross-functional alignment on planning direction in the respective operations centers, and exceeding service levels to the brands.

You will also monitor and communicate factors likely to impact Tier 1 & Tier 2 delivery performance and drive improvement actions with operations managers, functional departments, and factory management.

The role requires strong influencing, people, presentation, and communication skills, as well as proven ability in leading multidimensional teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in related areas or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience.
