Job Title: Restaurant Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and supply ordering.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and operational needs.
