Sr. Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Project Manager to lead our dynamic design unit. This role demands a unique blend of creativity and organizational skills to oversee a wide range of projects including graphic design, website design and development, social media management and implementation of SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, standards, and quality expectations.
  • Graphic Design Supervision: Guide and support the graphic design team in creating visually appealing graphics for various platforms.
  • Website Design and Development Oversight: Ensure the creation of user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient websites.
  • Social Media Management: Coordinate with the social media team to develop strategies, content plans, and monitor engagement and analytics.
  • SEO Expertise: Lead SEO initiatives to increase online visibility and drive web traffic.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of designers, developers, and digital marketers; set clear team goals and KPIs.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all creative and technical outputs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement improvements in processes and tools.
