Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Taj Corporation. As an integral part of our management structure, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of our operational systems, processes, and policies. This includes improving reporting, information flow, and business process management to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance, Procurement).
  • Contribute significantly to long-term planning, including initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.
  • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our Kitchen, store system, and administration activities.
  • Liaise with government departments as needed.
  • Manage payroll, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, procurement, and production.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong cost control abilities.
  • Effective procurement/purchase skills.
  • Good computer skills.
