Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced project manager to lead our initiatives in the telecommunications sector. This role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of maintenance services for our telecom infrastructure.

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage the execution of telecom maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
