About the Role

We are seeking fresh graduates for an On Rotation Customer Services position. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and provide support to valued customers on a rotation basis, working 4 days on followed by 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts.

The job involves responding to incoming customer calls, emails, and chats efficiently and courteously, as well as providing accurate and timely information regarding travel services.

Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building is crucial, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information about travel services.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  4. Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
