About the Position:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through product lifecycles. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, managing backlogs and workflows.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features.
  • Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards, organizing testing and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
