Key Responsibilities:
  • Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other hardware to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers, ensuring seamless resolution of technical problems.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis of basic IT issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Capable of task management and customer handling, providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  2. 1 to 2 years experience in a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in oral and written English.
