
Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
You will identify and engage potential clients needing remote staffing support, present tailored service packages, and maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for closing deals and helping businesses scale through virtual staffing.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or service-based sales
- Confident and persuasive communication skills (spoken and written)
- Results-driven with a hunger to close deals
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Commission: 5% per closed lead
- On-site work environment with career growth opportunities
