Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing and advertising, with a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

Key Responsibilities include developing strategic plans and setting goals for social media marketing campaigns, creating and managing all published content on various social media platforms, and monitoring and responding to user engagement in a timely and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage all published content on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to user engagement in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and expand community outreach efforts and influencer partnerships.
  • Design and create promotional materials and social ad campaigns.
  • Build and maintain online reviews and reputation.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience in traditional marketing principles, demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media, be proficient in content marketing theory and application, exhibit ability to balance creative and analytical thinking, and maintain excellent writing and language skills.
