We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in various departments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance university operations, engage stakeholders, and assist departments across the university.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and Communications: Create and execute an integrated marketing communication model to effectively promote the university, manage social media presence, and lead student outreach and recruitment efforts during the admission cycle.
  • Admissions: Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures, oversee the entire admissions cycle, ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students.
  • Registrar Office: Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records, process and update student information, generate and distribute official transcripts, and facilitate course registration processes.
  • Finance: Develop, monitor, and manage the university's annual operating budget, allocate funds, support the annual audit process, and oversee the processing of invoices and payments.
  • HR: Manage the full recruitment cycle, provide new employees with information about university policies, develop and implement performance appraisal systems, and oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits.
  • IT: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the university's IT infrastructure, manage network hardware and software, provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, and plan and execute system upgrades and infrastructure expansions.
  • Procurement: Collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs, establish procurement policies and procedures, negotiate contracts and agreements, and process purchase requests.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute, relevant work experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in diverse settings.
