Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

About the Job: As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  2. Manage employee databases and maintain accurate records of employee information.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Assist in the design and delivery of employee training programs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  6. Coordinate benefits administration including open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and provide guidance to management on compliance.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives.
  9. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficient in HR systems and software.
  5. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  6. Detail-oriented and analytical thinking.
  7. Highly motivated and self-driven individual.

Requirements:

  1. 02 to 05 years of proven work experience in human resources.
  2. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
