Strategic Business Insights Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our People team with critical insights, reporting, and system-related data support.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights supporting business decisions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of people systems.
- Ensure data integrity and drive initiatives to improve data quality.
- 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in People/HR domains.
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Good working knowledge of HR or People systems implementation/management is a plus.
