About This Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Customer Insights Strategist to develop and implement our cross-functional customer experience vision, focusing on leveraging Net Promoter Scores (NPS) as a key business metric and driving AI-powered innovation in service delivery.

This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience, and is responsible for shaping the future of customer experience across all markets and touchpoints, embedding CX as a core competitive advantage and a guiding principle for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive the development and implementation of metrics to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and AI-powered innovation
