About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will lead the full recruitment cycle, develop strategies, and enhance employer branding. You will work closely with the department heads to understand hiring needs and attract top talent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop effective recruitment strategies, forecast hiring needs, and design end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve high performance and allocate resources effectively.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through various channels, screen, interview, and assess them in collaboration with department managers.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through campaigns, events, and social media presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing techniques.
