Business Analysis Role:

The Business Analyst is responsible for working closely with customers and the Backbase UX design and Development team to analyze, capture, and prioritize requirements for new customer experience initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:

- University education and degree (preferably in business or IT)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a business analysis role, preferably in digital banking
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing position
- Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling
- Knowledge of multiple development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
