Responsibilities and Duties:

- Monitor and evaluate team performance using tools like Hubstaff and identify areas for improvement.
- Detect abnormalities or inconsistencies in data and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the HR and management teams to enhance overall workplace efficiency.
- Provide support in developing strategies to boost team productivity.
Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience with O & A Levels educational background is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Hubstaff productivity tool and its features is essential.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and their impact on productivity.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
