About This Role">

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting consulting firms, life science firms, and corporate clients with vetted subject matter experts. Your goal will be to facilitate informed decision-making by ensuring that the right people are brought together at the right time.

The Job Description
  1. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and goals for each market research project.
  2. You will identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, and consultations using various tools and resources.
  3. You will engage with subject matter experts to assess their suitability for client projects and submit expert profiles for review and approval.
  4. You will communicate with experts to schedule consultations and manage related meetings, while maintaining records of experts and participants.
  5. You will address experts' concerns and guide them through all project stages, from onboarding to completion.
  6. You will ensure compliance with workflow and security policies at every step.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field is required.
  • A maximum of 2 years of work experience is preferred.
  • You must have excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • You should be able to handle tight deadlines and pressure situations.
  • Resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills are necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with people engagement abilities, are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.
