About this Role:

This is a key leadership position within the medical centre. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining excellent relationships with our partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical centre, ensuring smooth running of services, and implementing policies and procedures as required.
  • Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care, including reviewing patient histories, conducting medical audits, and communicating effectively with treating doctors.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with our partners, including panel and non-panel hospitals, to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of care.
  • Reporting: Submit regular performance reports to the In-charge Up-country Medical Centre, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
