Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Technical Leadership Position who will oversee the supervision of maintenance mechanics for rides and attractions within the park, ensuring minimal breakdown time and continuous operations.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians: Lead and direct the work of technical staff to ensure efficient operation of rides and attractions.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily mechanical activities: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage workload effectively.
  • Conduct inspections of rides and attractions, evaluating the quality of work performed by technicians: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
  • Schedule and coordinate manpower for ride and attraction breakdowns: Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely repairs.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for review by superiors: Provide regular updates on operational performance, including metrics on breakdown frequency and duration.
  • Make decisions and solve problems regarding mechanical issues in rides and attractions: Use analytical skills to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of rides and attractions: Focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing overall system performance.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment: Prioritize employee safety and well-being while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating with other teams to resolve technical issues: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification: Possess strong foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance mechanics and mechanical components: Demonstrate hands-on experience with machinery, tools, and design techniques.
  • Knowledge of machines, tools, and design techniques: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills: Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
