About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reception and Telephone Services Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage email communications, maintaining accurate records of correspondence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 02 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
