Production Manager Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a production floor.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan, coordinate, and control production processes to meet quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency.
    • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Implement quality controls to maintain product standards and adherence to Health and Safety guidelines.

The Production Manager will also be responsible for adhering to and monitoring various Quality Management Systems, including ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001 Energy management system on the production floor/office.

Job Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
    • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Production planning skills.
    • Knowledge of textile application fields.
    • Familiarity with ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
