Project Manager Role

The Project Coordinator role is a vital position that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of software projects.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and be able to coordinate effectively across teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of enterprise software projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Maintain and manage product backlogs, user stories, and ticket workflows using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and release planning.

In order to be successful, the candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing software projects.
  • A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Proven experience with backlog management, user stories, and ticket tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
  • High-level interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in IoT projects is an advantage.
