Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage enterprise-level software projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and ticket workflows using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role managing software projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices.
  • Proven experience with backlog management and ticket tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Tools & Technologies
  • Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
  • Agile project management tools.
