Job Title: Receptionist - Customer Service Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and direct persons entering the organization, ensuring they reach their desired destination.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of customer movements within the organization, making records of all walk-in customers as necessary.
- Take feedback from sales personnel regarding customer interactions and use this information to improve services.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting callers, and providing information as required. You will also place telephone calls, arrange conference calls, and make records of daily calls.
Administrative SupportIn addition to customer-facing duties, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to the administration department. This may include sending, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries, as well as maintaining records of daily mail and deliveries.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Desirable is 2 years of experience. You should have basic computer skills and exchange handling abilities.
