Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement. This includes devising campaigns to improve website performance, identifying opportunities to enhance digital marketing effectiveness, and monitoring and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.

This role involves developing and managing social media presence, working with colleagues to execute paid digital campaigns, and analyzing site analytics to measure performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for brainstorming new growth strategies, planning and executing experiments and conversion tests, and evaluating emerging technologies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of digital and social media best practices, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.

  • Required Skills:
    • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • 2-3 years of digital/online marketing experience
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
    • Deep knowledge of digital and social media best practices
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Ability to multi-task
