Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead our content marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main Objectives:
- To develop and execute organic content strategies that build brand presence across digital channels.
- To guide the team in repurposing long-form video content into engaging short-form assets.
- To collaborate with the video editor to ensure content aligns with strategy and client goals.
- To communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and suggest content ideas.
- To maintain a daily publishing pipeline across different online channels.
- To research trends, competitors, and industry best practices to maximize organic reach.
- To track and report performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a creative marketing manager or similar role.
- A strong understanding of organic growth strategies on YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media.
- The ability to analyze long-form videos and repurpose them into multiple engaging short-form formats.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with video content trends, storytelling, and marketing best practices.
