SAP Support and Coordination Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an SAP Support and Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our principal SAP expert to ensure seamless coordination of upgrades, new functionalities, and support issues.

As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
    • Assist in administrative and operational activities.
    • Answer and direct telephone calls.
    • Organize and file documents.
    • Provide support for projects and various tasks.
